Choccoboard — strategic dashboard
A BI dashboard that replaced 30 minutes of daily manual work
Choccoboard is a web application for company management. It makes sales KPIs and key indicators available in real time from any device. Previously, management spent 30 minutes a day downloading and assembling data manually — no longer.
Challenge
Management needed an overview of sales and key indicators for daily decision-making. The reality: 30 minutes of manual work every day — downloading, gluing, checking. Besides the time lost, it limited how often someone actually looked at the numbers.
Solution
I built a secure authenticated dashboard with one overview screen for KPIs and flexible filtering (sales by shift, product type, period). It runs on the web, so it's accessible from anywhere — from the office, from production, or on mobile during a customer meeting.
Result
The 30-minute daily manual routine is gone. Management sees current numbers instantly whenever they decide. The client review highlights higher expertise, professionalism, and notes that "expectations were exceeded".
