An app that keeps the assembly line moving

A suite of VBA applications built for Toyota Kolín's operational needs. It includes backup processes for parts delivery to the line, PDF generators, supply-planning visualisations, and an automated report mailer. Each tool solves a real day-to-day pain the team had been living with.
Challenge
Many subprocesses in production rely on Excel — and Excel on its own isn't enough for those tasks. The team needed an extension that automates routine work and still fits into the existing ecosystem people know and use.
Solution
Six internal applications: FLR Backup 1 (parameter-based CSV generator), FLR Backup 2 (step-by-step backup for parts delivery), Address Data (multi-source data consolidation), Kanban (PDF kanban generator), Process Combinations (supply plan visualisation across processes), and Report (Excel→PDF export with automatic e-mail and data masking).
Result
The team gained tools that take routine work off their minds and return it as a single button click. It saves time, cuts error rates, and — most importantly — removes the "only one person knows how" risk.
